We will cover the link between sleep and immunity, how to strengthen it, and the tools needed to seamlessly embed the practices and distinctions into your daily life. This knowledge will help you prepare and predictably create a resource to fuel your resilient self. Christopher Babayode is a travel wellness advocate and specialist in healthy flying solutions for business travellers. Chris spent 20 years as a flight attendant, flying in excess of 100,000 miles per annum for British Airways PLC. As a qualified nutritional therapist he took on the role of a Wellbeing and Inclusions Advisor for the Inflight Customer Experience Department while running his own travel wellness clinic for airline crew. Chris’s interest in healthy travel was borne of a need to stay healthy while running a business and flying full-time. This led him to codify sustainable flying solutions and enabled him to thrive despite a busy schedule. It led to the creation of the 6-step system (the PHARE Well solution) of his book Farewell Jetlag. Chris’s articles have appeared in the Corporate Wellness Magazine, the UK Sunday Telegraph and he has partnered with Maiden Voyage and EasyJet amongst others.
