WEBINAR: The Intersectionality between DEI and Intercultural Training

Globalization and increased migration has increased the demand for our collective understanding of culture and difference. Our communities and organizations are more diverse than ever before so the lines between Intercultural and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) training have begun to intersect. In this webinar, the presenter will differentiate between the two then demonstrate how and when these areas intersect.

This webinar is designed to help Intercultural and DEI practitioners and trainers learn to identify this intersectionality and its importance and value in their work. Participants will also have the opportunity to share and discuss which tools and strategies can be effective and hazardous in their work.
